Ｑ When can I make a reservation?

A. Advance reservations for consecutive nights will be accepted from the beginning of the month 5 months ago, and regular reservations will be accepted from the beginning of the month 4 months ago.

 

Q Please tell me about the cancellation policy.

・ 20% from 60 days to 31 days ago
・ 30% from 30 days to 7 days ago
・ 50% from 6 days to 2 days ago
・ 100% on the day before and on the day

* This also applies to schedule changes and partial cancellations due to additional numbers of people.

Q Please tell me how to calculate the charge.

A It is possible to use up to 4 people at a private rate. When using with an additional number of people (up to 6 people)

12,000 yen will be added for each adult and 5,000 yen for each child.

(On certain days, it will be 12.000 yen for one adult and 6.000 yen for one child.)

Regarding the additional charge, if there are children, the child charge will be calculated with priority.

 

Ｑ How old are the child and adult charges?

A Child charges are for elementary school students and adults are for junior high school students and above. In addition, preschool children are free to sleep together.

If you need bedding, it will be charged as a child, and all ages will be based on the date of use.

 

Q Please tell me the payment method.

A After confirming your reservation, the support center will send you "Payment Information" by email or mail.

Please check the contents and make the transfer in advance.

 

Q Is it possible to change the number of people?

A It is possible to change on the day, but please contact us as soon as you understand. Payment of the fee will be accepted in cash on the day.
In case of reduction, cancellation fee may be charged.

Q Is early check-in / late check-out possible?

A It depends on the reservation status before and after. Please contact us. The additional charge is 10,000 yen per hour.

 

Ｑ I would like to bring my pet.

A I'm sorry. Pets are not allowed.

 

 

■ Facilities / Equipment

Q By when should I apply for BBQ rental?

A It depends on the weather, so we will respond even if you contact us immediately before. Please contact us.

　

Q Can I do BBQ even on rainy days?

A You can use it on a hot plate indoors.

 

Q Can I bring in BBQ equipment?

A BBQ space usage fee of ¥ 4.000 will not change.

If you agree, you can bring your own. Please contact the support center.

 

Q What is included in the BBQ rental?

A BBQ furnace, charcoal, net, tongs, work gloves, tableware set

 

Q What should I do with the garbage generated by BBQ?

A We will dispose of it at the hotel.

 

Q Can I send my luggage in advance?

A Yes, we do. Please contact us in advance.

 

Ｑ I will take a small child. What are the children's products?

A Baby cot, bed guard, baby chair, and children's tableware are available.

 

Q Can you make fireworks?

A I'm sorry. Fireworks are prohibited at the hotel.

 

Q Can I smoke?

A Smoking is prohibited in the building.

An ashtray is available in the barbecue space, so please smoke in the barbecue space.

 

Q How many cars can be stopped?

A There are two parking spaces on the premises.

 

Q Is there a pick-up service?

A I'm sorry. We do not accept transfers.
